At several (international) makerspaces, Joeke van der Veen (1994) discovered how creativity connects the world. Inspired by this, she started a platform for young makers: Meekit.

During her Master’s degree in Media, Art, Design & Technology, Joeke researched how we can connect and create in a fast, capitalistic and digital world. Here she started to document her creative process.

Joeke currently lives in Antwerp, where she creates projects about creativity and connectivity. She also works with youth and media between the books of Library Park.
